Diet for osteoarthritis

Is there a diet I can take to ease the pain of my osteoarthritis?

I am 100% sure that if you speak to a dietician, they will come up with some bullshit diet plan. In fact, there is no special diet for arthritis. The one thing I do recommend is reducing weight. This means exercising more and eating less.  Try and eat less than 1800 calories a day and exercise regularly. You certainly do not need a diet plan. Just use common sense and eat everything in moderation.
