How are the results after butt lift surgery?


The procedure is relatively new and outcomes do vary. While some people have had good results, there are plenty who have had abysmal results. For those who are not satisfied with their butt and want something done, I would suggest try something like exercise and losing weight. Surgery is not the panacea for everything. More often than not, you will be disappointed with surgery.

Is the incision visible after butt lift surgery?


Yes, this is the one complain by people who have undergone the procedure. There is no good anatomical place to hide the incision. Some surgeons do try to hide the incision just underneath the buttock fold, but it is readily visible. Other surgeons have attempted to make the incision near the anal fold, but this area is sensitive and pain can often be long lasting. In general, Asians and Africans tend to form keloids, which look ugly and hideous. If you are prone to scar formation, I suggest you not undergo this surgery or any type of cosmetic procedure. If you think your buttocks are bad now, they will look a million times worse with the keloids

No this surgery will do no such thing. If you are overweight, then I suggest you lose weight before the butt lift. If not, the surgery will not make any difference to the shape and contour of your buttocks.

Where is the incision placed for a butt lift?


The type of incision does depend on the surgeon. In most cases, a large incision extends from one buttock to the other side. This incision is permanent and may darken over the next 3-6 months.
