The type of incision does depend on the surgeon. In most cases, a large incision extends from one buttock to the other side. This incision is permanent and may darken over the next 3-6 months. If you wear regular panties you can hide this scar, if you wear thongs or no panties, then the whole world will know the type of surgery you have had.
