Is the incision visible after butt lift surgery?

Yes, this is the one complain by people who have undergone the procedure. There is no good anatomical place to hide the incision. Some surgeons do try to hide the incision just underneath the buttock fold, but it is readily visible. Other surgeons have attempted to make the incision near the anal fold, but this area is sensitive and pain can often be long lasting. Moreover, while your incision may be hidden in this area, you will need to wear a diaper to control your poop incontinence.
